Szabolcs Molnár studied architecture at the University of Pécs and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and graduated there. Between 2010 and 2014 he was an active member of the Advanced Architecture, College – last two years as the head of the College. Under his student years he had the opportunity to organize courses, workshops, conferences and be a part of a wonderful team, with whom were involved and interested in the history of the architectural Praxis and made interviews and periodicas about the topic. After the diploma he co-founded his office with two partners (Attila Csoka, David Smilo) – Paradigma Ariadne Architecture Office – named after the famous person of the Greek mythology. The studio deals with architectural design without restriction either by means or dimensions, and had another leg in architectural, cultural management, they make studies, do consultancy and furthermore they curate exhibitions and build installations. In their works they had an important relation to history and references, and they think about the role of architect as wider cultural and professional persona.
