Nha Le graduated from Debrecen Medical University in Hungary. Previously, she lived in Canada for five years where she completed her first bachelor degree and volunteered for different medical related organisations, such as the Canadian Cancer Society, Chatham-Kent General Hospital, or Children with Disability of Learning. Then, she came to study Medicine in Hungary. After graduating as a medical doctor, she went on to pursue a PhD at Semmelweis University, focusing on early detection biomarkers in pancreatic cancer. Since her second year in medical school, she has been involved in cancer research. During her first year in the PhD program, she received a UEG research scholarship for dedicated scholars and spent three months in Magdeburg, Germany. Nha has also spoken at many international conferences including at the European Pancreatic Club in Southampton, England, the Bridging Meeting in Berlin, Germany, or Digestive Disease Week in the United States. Nha’s hobbies include writing, reading, singing and playing soft sports.
