Melinda is a scholar, researcher and educator with an interest in varied fields, such as literary and political theory, memory studies, medical humanities, and the Arctic. She earned her MA degrees in English and German literature, linguistics and culture and her PhD in literature at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. She also holds a degree in translation and in conference interpreting. In her free time, she enjoys short and long hikes.
