László earned a BA in International Studies with minors in Religious Studies and Mandarin Chinese from Kenyon College (USA), focusing on ancient Chinese traditions. In cooperation with the Yunnan Nationalities University in Kunming, China, he conducted research along the Silk Road in Gansu Province, investigating the topic of ancient cosmopolitans. After his studies, he worked in Shanghai as a teacher and in New York City in the Asian art and antique auction industry. Outside of Milestone, László works as a researcher in the private sector and as an academic editor. Lászlo enjoys cycling, reading Philip K. Dick and gastronomy.
