Eszter studied English and Communications Studies at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest; a year of Liberal Arts studies at Trinity College (Hartford, CT) further broadened her horizon. In 2008 she embarked on a journey that took her to the Sudan to work as a writer and editor of the United Nation’s monthly magazine there. Later, she worked in Ghana as West Africa correspondent for a German press agency and then moved to Palestine for a brief mission with the UN. While her focus recently shifted to mindful living and teaching yoga, she is still passionate about global relations and the representation of African issues in international media. When her time allows, she volunteers for Food Not Bombs, a grassroots organisation providing cooked meals to those in need.
