After her studies as production and quality manager at Technical University Budapest, Eszter spent her carrier in automotive industry fulfilling roles as project and operative manager. She has multicultural experience, since worked for Italian, Japanese and German companies. Explored all operative fields of engineering and business administration, starting from project management, controlling, supply chain, production, commercial activities in the last 20 years. Now working in the R&D SW development field. Managing the innovation process for Driver assistant systems – ultrasonic and near range camera based assisted parking function development. She is a certified SCRUM master and Business Coach and also a TED Circles ambassador.
