Dániel holds a PhD in philosophy from the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest. After attending the moral and political philosophy programme of the Doctoral School of Philosophy at ELTE, he successfully defended his thesis on ‘Karl Marx’s Vision of Communism: The Experiences of the Past and the Opportunities of Modernity’ in June 2017. During his university studies he worked as a journalist, editor and radio broadcaster for various Hungarian media outlets including HVG, Sziget.hu, Wan2 and Radiocafé 98.6. In his spare time, Dániel watches John Carpenter movies, organises quizzes and works on developing his personal library and record collection.
