Cristina holds a BA in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo and does not think this diploma defines her in any way. In fact, she joined Milestone Institute at a crucial point in her life, two years after graduating from university and one year after having moved permanently to Budapest, still trying to find her footing as a young adult. Having realised that academia and the pursuit of multiple degrees was not her path, she worked/volunteered with events, tourism, youth and education until finally joining Milestone’s ambitious and driven team in 2017. In a way, Milestone helped her find her purpose: Cristina enjoys organising chaos, creating new processes and managing spreadsheets.
On a more personal note, Cristina has lived in São Paulo, Sydney and Budapest (so far) and in her free time you can find her biking around the city, hiking or singing and dancing with her amateur choir group, ProVocal
