A political scientist specializing on foreign policy and international relations, Attila believes that all problems are interdisciplinary. After growing up in Hungary and Ireland, he studied in Budapest, and in Aarhus (Denmark) for his BA, and earned an MA in Political Science from CEU, Budapest. He is currently writing his PhD dissertation at the University of Vienna, where he studies European voting behavior in the United Nations. Attila has worked in policy for several years — including political-military affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, energy policy at MOL Group, and a placement with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna. In his leisure time, he enjoys swimming and horseback riding, and is enthusiastic about just about anything from the ’90s.
