Anna Szalay

Anna attended Móricz Zsigmond Secondary School as well as Eötvös József Secondary School in Budapest. Prior to committing herself to full time university studies, she is spending a gap year at home carrying out internships and volunteering. Her interests involve Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, and her future goal is to reform the system of the United Nations. Apart from actively participating in the Milestone Debate and MUN clubs, this year will mark Anna’s third time as an organiser of CEU’s annual Budapest Open Debating Tournament. After five years as a competitive volleyball player, nowadays you will find her either on a running track or a yoga mat, or perhaps drawing, baking, or climbing a mountain with her Japanese Akita Inu.
