Anna obtained her MSc in biology and PhD in evolutionary biology at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. She was a junior fellow at Collegium Budapest, then spent three years in the UK to work at Birkbeck College (University of London) as a postdoctoral researcher. Currently, she lives in Munich and works on an international project on problem solving. Her main interests are evolutionary biology and cognitive psychology. She speaks Hungarian, English, Italian and Indonesian and plays the violin. When on holiday, she likes to go backpacking with her husband, while in her free time at home she has a soft spot for watching stupid TV series.
