Anita is finishing up her PhD in Natural Language Processing (a subfield of Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Cambridge.
Her research focuses on word meaning representations learned by machine learning algorithms using both textual and visual data, such as images. Besides this she is passionate about the ethical questions of AI and its interactions with society on social media.
Before she moved to Cambridge, Anita did her BSc and MSc in Computer Science at ELTE, where she also studied German linguistics and literature. She has been singing since childhood, plays the guitar and has been a member of different bands. Recently, she got interested in Jazz singing. When she is not doing the above she likes doing yoga and cycling.
