The aim of the module is to prepare students for their admission interviews in Land Economy and Geography. By the end of the module students will have practiced and thereby should feel confident about reflecting on various topics presented to them during the seminars without specific prior reading or preparation for the exact problems. To achieve this goal, we will cover best practices and strategies for a successful interview, as well as simulate interview situations by analysing figures, problems and devising complex answering strategies to grasp issues holistically.
The overarching theme of the module will be climate change and its aspects with regards to geography and land economy.
The module is dedicated for senior students who have submitted their university applications in a related field and would like to train for their interviews.
